Dailer tone changed without my concern

I selected and opted for dialer tone service in Idea cellular all of a sudden they changed my dialer tone to IDEA default tone. When I contaceted customer care they said my song was removed from their list.

They should notify the customer in some way or the other if it is removed from the list. Still I am charged for the default dialer tone with out my concern.
