POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is about the poor serive of customer care of IDEA.

I have called many times on Idea Helpline, When I opt for talking with Customer Care Executive, My call is transferred to Executive, which costs me 50P per 3 minutes. But IDEA Executives are so much Lazy and run away from work. after picking up the call the immediately put me on hold. and I have been charged everytime. Its not a matter of 50p or Rs1. But this is the low standard of service. They got new trick to earn money. Without talking to executive i have been charged many times. Either Its their new revenue policy or low standard executives, which do not want to work. I dont till then this will continue. This is why I am waiting for MNP implementation.
