using idea prepaid from 2 years,

on 09/09 at araund 6 o, clock a customer care number 9718997423 called me there was a telling me about a postpaid connection offer, and she abuse me add cut the phone when i refuse to take that offer. I want to complain against her and the company as i feel insulted.
