Alance deducted

I had got my phone recharged for Rs 350 from Idea mobile service providers, They deducted Rs 340 from my balance. I contacted customer care and visited their office multiple times. They told that I had used GPRS from my mobile and the amount of Rs 340 had been cut for using GPRS overnight. I have not yet got any GPRS service activated, neither had I used GPRS on my phone. Their records show that I had used GPRS. Kindly help. They didi a similar thing with my friend deducting Rs 550 saying that he used GPRS overnight although internet had not been used on the phone
