I am Sanjay Narayan Zalkikar @ Solapur customer since Jan.2003 vide M.no. 9822516429.I have produced documents at the time of purchase, in 2008 & now demanded again so on14th oct. I submitted duly filled form with recent photo signed on it & xerox copy of my passport bearing No. F4866351 to the office in Lucky Chowk Solapur. Next day I received message that your document is not as per the DOT Directive. As per the all India recognised ID., Address, Date of Birth, Nationality is proved by this document and according to company this is not valid document is surprising factor. It is printed on the form that one of proof may be submitted & passport is mentioned. I immediatly reported to 123454-9 and explained the fact. He is unable to answer. MAY CUSTOMER LIKE ME CLARIFY?
