LESS MY MOBILE BALANCE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a IDEA connections bearing cell phone no. 9891123591 I have recharge my cell phone dated 21.10.10 of Rs. 100/- and my balance is Rs.89 something. After 2 hours my reaming balance is Rs.0.05 paise only. At that time I am not use my cell phone either any call or Internet etc. Then I call to customer care executive their answer not satisfactory.

Please take necessary action as soon as possible and solved my problem.
