Im experiencing unauthorized balance deductions in my idea number 9718386919. Despite of my several requests to customer care a service called voice chat gets activated again and again which i don want. My balance is deducted thn after. Also sometimes bal gets nil without using any service. Due to poor customer care, improper communication of customer care executives im tired of calling them. Please take necessary action regarding this.
