I had received a call from idea call center on 18th jan and was told about a tarrif plan by one of the representative according to which all the local calls would cost 10 paisa per minute. I denied for tarrif but then also the amount was deducted. I tried calling the customer care the next day but the line was busy. Today when one of the representative received my call he forwarded my call and I waited for almost eigth minutes and disconnected as there was no response. I called the customer care again and requested to give me a complain number or record my call and was clearly denied.
