Extra Charges

Sir/ Maidam,

Why Extra Charges like Big Radio, Jobs Monthly Package etc. is added in my bill several time, while i had never applied any services like that. Every time at the time of Billing I complaint for this & say for deactivation but again & again such type of charges has been added in my comming Bill.

You are requested to reverse the amouny that had been charged by u in past & never add such type of charges in future.
