Alance deduct

i m using idea mobile.my no. is 9507107102.idea provide me gprs pack @rs 5 for 50mb.but when i crossed 50mb idea deduct my rest balance.bcoz in idea there are no provision to check gprs balance.i always complane for this in idea.but not responding.so i want to know y my rest of the balance is deduct. company provide me to show the rest gprs balance on my mobile.
