Sim seven day se bad

Respected sir,

I have buy a post paid sim (91-8120584786) of idea compny before 1year.then i have done sim post paid to prepaid in the date of 7/02 and i have paid total bill 680/-that recived invoice no. is 599301 they after that day the sim is closed then this reason i have losed my business on some days and i m visit an perday And continue tolk to mr. nitin vishvakarma & there is not respons to me.and use the miss langvage.please consider this mater
