5 rps per day missing in my mobile

Hi my name is prashant sinha.right now i have deactivated the internet connection in my mobile.i had downloaded the game in my mobile but game are not completed down loaded in my mobile. i have deleted the game and disconnected the internet but 5 rps per day is charges from my mobile.i m upsets n losing my 5 rps every day.pls take action and disconnect the game other wise i will disconnect the this number.my no is 08108345660. pls pls
