Not deactivate channel 99 sevice

Hello,

In my phone automatic activate channel 99 magazine service in Idea, and every three days automatic reduced my balance of Rs. 3/ every three day. I talk to the Idea customer care to deactivate the channel 99 magazine service (keyword for channel 99 is CH3). customer care provide a way to deact (send a new message "Deact " (without space) to 155223), I formally try this way but it didn't work. Please, give me the right way to deactivate the channel 99 magazine service and also send me to start Do Not Disturb "DND" in Idea to prevent Idea customer care offer's phone and messages.
