On Feb, March & April my mobile idea prepaid balance was approx Rs.30/- X 2 which Suddenly has become minus (-) Rs.10/- you are requested to provide me the details of calls made, calls received, roaming charges etc. from 18-02 to 18-03 & 25-03 to 08-04. you either send the details by e.mail or send by post on my address Dr. D.Y.Patil Polytechnic, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Sector-7, Pincode:-400706 .
