Dear sir,

I am a idea customer.my mobile no is 8808298712.on 24/04, voice chat was activated on my mobile phone automatically and it was charged 15/- rupees .sir many of times i was suffered this type of problem by these companies .can you do something and can i get my balance back.please take action against this company.
