MNP not done yet

Hello,

On 16th April i gave request to idea to convert my BSNL number to idea. I submitted the required document and gave them the code also which was returned to me after sending message to 1900. After 12 days also it was not done. I tried to contact the helpline number of idea 18002700000, but they told me that they have got the request, but don't have any information when it will be converted. I only received the welcome message from idea. If the TRAI has mentioned that tha MNP will take max 7 days, then why it is not done within 7 days.
