Unexpected balance deduction

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Idea Pre-paid user & my mo. no. is 08805162616.

On 29/04 at 10.59.11pm & 04/05 at 4.54.32 am Rs.3/- per day deducted for VAS unexpectedly.

I called customer complaint regs. no. on 198, but they are unable to register my complaint.

They told me that you contact to 12345 no. Rs0.50-/- per 3 min.

As 198 is a complaint regs. no. then why they are not regs. my complaint?

Please take corrective action immediately.
