Recharge on Roaming
I have recharged the amount of Rs.60/-(Mob. No.9990680283) in one of the small town of Punjab on 12-05from idea local retailer, as I had to make urgent calls while on Roaming. Confirmation of recharge came from Idea immediately that amount is recharged but my balance amount remained the same as it was before recharging. I called customer care at Delhi but they informed that your amount is received by IDEA but recharging cannot be done as they had no scheme for Rs 60 hence your money is lost. Will Idea company look into the matter & will do the needful to help me.
