Unwanted didection

Sir,

I have a cell no.of Idea No. 9690745897 (w UP). It is prepaid connection. I have not asked the Idea to provide any services but Idea people are deducted my balance on account of many services like dialer tune, rural services and so many other services without my willingness. Whenever I have asked the customer services to deactivate the same and return my balance. My all efforts are in vain as they have not return my balance still. Kindly look into the matter and help me as Idea people are harassing me and cheating me. Under such circumstances I am not able to use my phone properly.
