I am dilip k modi my number is 9926211816 i had 165 rupees balance in my phone it is prepaid but suddenly without calling anyone or msging all my balance was empty yesterday morning. this is really ridiculous tried to call customer care but no proper response. i want my balance to be refunded soon. idea servie and customer care are really very ridiculous service
