Misinformation while selling new connection

I purchased a new post paid connection from Idea. I was never told of a default GPRS pack that gets activated with the new connection which gets charged at 2p / KB. However, the company charged me on a default GPRS pack of 2p / KB without even informing of such a service and associated charge. They are refusing to reverse the charges for non disclosure of this information. If I had known of these charges, I would have avoided using the service.
