Customer care service from idea is really bad. these people dont know hw to talk. they r very rash and rude. they are not even able to deactivate the promotional message even after sending DND sms.
Customer care person "prashant", one who is there for marathi language query solving, he is very arrogant. Instead of solving the problem he is confusing the customer.
