I requested sevaral times in idea cuastomer care to deactivate Channel 99 renued, customer care responded it allready deactivated these services, and no other services activated in your account. 2 days before Igot a message that channel 99 is renewed to your mobile. But I have not activated that service. Idea service got automatically activated & I lost Rs.5 from my balance. What can I do? Plz deactive my avoide service as soon as possible.
