Unnecessary deductions from my Prepaid mobile account

Hi,

This is V Suguna having mobile number 91-9743066537 which is provided by Idea Cellular services, Karnataka.

Complaint: Some amount is deducting as soon as i recharge for my number. From last two months i am facing this problem and also i am not getting any proper response from Customer Care.

This is happening for many numbers in my village. Please take this complaint on behalf of all victims of our village.

We will take to local court if this problem continues.
