Dear Idea Team (Sirji),
I have submitted all the documents while transferring my Sim card from postpaid to prepaid, but still I am getting calls (recording) from customer care dept (regarding that documents submitted are not sufficient.), and now they have disconnected my SIM.
I have used this SIM for more thn 12 months and later transferred that SIM from postpaid to prepaid.

I have submitted documents twice (Documents which I have submitted includes Passpot photo, passport xerox, pan card and company id)
Pls do the needful so that I can continue with uninterrupted idea service
