my self Ameen Bharti i belong to auraiya now i live in delhi i have idea prepaid connection and my complain is that company deduct my balance 30 rs. in 27/9 when i check my balance in 29/9 and then balance has been deducted then i did the complain in idea customer care three times there is not given satisfy answer by the customer care because they said that your balance is deduct for color tune and i never activate this type of service while i never receive any massage of activation not receive any for balance deduction from customer care company is not giving any response for this so sir/mam plz some thing do for this.
