Deduction of money and activation of packed data connection

I am a businessman and require mobile phone for many works. ButIdea has activated my packed data connection without my permission. When I try to call anyone, the signal terminates and after any call I make, I am highly charged.

I am sure that I have not replied to any VAS message nor did I press any key during a compay call.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needy.
