Not recieving balance after 24hrs

Dear Sir/madam

Yesterday I made a topup of Rs 250/- for my Idea Prepaid mobile 09718347308 from the Idea website using my ICICI account. I received a message for a verification code and my account is deducted for rs 250/- and till now even after 24 hrs I haven’t got any balance amount and your customer care also couldnot assist me. Instead of replying to my query they stopped recieving calls from my mobile at there customer service nos.

Plz help me for the same matter.
