sir i want to port my moble no but last five month my no not port other company

my first port no 836391 date- 27/8, next 617168 date 14/09 or 931926 date 16-10-11

i have submit my id proff & photograps.i have touch every time idea coustumer care but they have not satify me. coustumer care not help me in portibilty matter
