No Signal

Hi,

This is Ram, My mobile no.is 9962197379.Recently i done the Mobile portability from Vodafone to Idea. I am residing in Madipakkam in Chennai, In my residence there i no signal. I tried Customer care but unable to touch with customer care executive. Call getting disconnecting once connect. Now a days i am thinking i did mistake for change from my old provider to New provider. I lost lot of important calls specially from office. Kindly take necessary action.By Ramachandran. S
