Not Activating the Internet on Mobile

Respected Sir,

I Neelesh Srivastava having the IDEA mobile no. 7860458570 has done the activation of Rs 15/- for the internet service (3 days) on my mobile on 11th December but my activation has not been made. I complaint to the shopkeeper on 12th December but he shows me the delivered message in his mobile from which he has done the recharge. He also told me to call the customer care. I contacted the customer care executive namely, SUDHIR but he completely regret about the activation and misbehave in a bad way with me. He said that there was no recharge has been made on that day and you are lying to me. I said him that I will go to the consumer forum, but on that he said whatever you want to do you are free to do.

KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY AND SPECIALLY SUDHIR.
