Rs.120 has been deductade from my account balance.when i call to customer executive they said you received the balance of other customer that's why the balance is deductade.again i dial the no.198 another executive saying due to system down we cant help you so you can call after 4 hour.again i called executive unable to solve my complain i request him to transfer call to his senior he transfer the call & his senior said your balance is deductted due to sending message.i tell him i have a message pack activated on my number.she told me on 31st no pacakage is active you chrged on normal pack.i told why did'nt you inform me .she told me we cant register your complain.neither we refund your balance.
