I was user of vodafone but i received call from Anusha (8652678011) as Idea executive to give better plan of postpaid. Afet her excetive cama at our office and collected all documnets from me please note my number was activated only one day and second day outgoing facility has been stop the reason was verification note my parents given room at rent so the verification was not hapen in clear manner, iagree but after i was given document of my flat electricity bill but that was not updated so far please note i;m very depressed my customer were using bad words about not pick up phone even customer care was not given any response yet please take strict action on them also after your feedback also going to media.the details as under,
