Sir 13 Dec one landlines call received from me that might be promotional call, i have not given any confirmation for activation any services, immediately they have send me sms your zeetalkies will be activated and Rs.100 deducted from my balance.
Second incident Happened on 17 jan. After receiving promotional call the activated my dialer tone Rs.30 and Rs.15 total Rs.45 They have deducted from my balance.
Sir both the services i have not required at all, while contacting customer care they are not able to give satisfied answer,
I am using Prepaid mobile No.9623719468
I hope you will be taking necessary.action against service provider, stop cheating people from Service provider like Idea.
