UNWANTED SERVICE ACTIVATED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

On 22/1 at 7:35pm i recived message from IDEA, that activated chota redio pack without my permission, 30rupees deducted. then i enquired to custemor care they told me call me morning, then i called on 23/1 they r not responsed me that time they told me call back after48 hrs,

i waited for refund but i cant get,

next I called custemor care on 25/1 morning they also told me same, they agree to refund the 30rupees within 48hrs but not yet... still not refunded, then i called on 27/1 morning 10:35 i questioned about this but they told no refund available.. they told its your mistake you only select this service, when i was talking with custemor care at the same time they activated CRICKET ALERT and deducted 30rupees..

so pls i request your kindself to take sutable action against this type of money robbers..
