Unwanted calls from the same no

To concerned person,

I am newly customer of idea, i have registered my no. to national do not call list because of unwanted calls during working hours. Eventhough i am getiing call constantly from this no. 911166170111. when i answer the call. it disconnect everytime.

I hope for effective action from your side as early as you can.
