I am Anupam Bhaumik, I am using Idea connection on my mobile and also using net on it, on 26 feb at 3 am I downloaded a video on a free site and my mobile balance was deducted by rs30/-, but I recharged with rs47/- net card, which was 1 gb free download and upload, but the customer guy named MR PRASAD said me that I downloaded a paided java games that's why my balance was deducted, there was a lot of confusion, and they never gave us a right information.
they showed us this types of reason and deducted our balance lots of times,
so, I request u please take some step on IDEA Cellular connection...
