Please rectify the issue arising in online payment with the innocent landline customer.
I have registered the account through your said procedure and added my telephone number (08912734393) then
I tried but your site displaying the “No outstanding bill due”
Or you are not allowing still to pay online.
Also bill is not forwarded still to pay manually which was previously dispatched regularly.
Please guide me or direct your people to act on it or should I roam around for the matter around Visakhapatnam.
After all customer should not suffer to stand in long queue for just paying the just bill which is possible in online.
Are Customer paying for that same to give service to you or to get service from you directly or indirectly.
Please verify the same why is it happening with all the time with customers only.
