it's mukesh devnani.i m using idea prepaid connection & my no. is 9785505590.a week before idea call center people call me and had a talk in respect of an advantage of a scheam.of rs. 120 & said 15000 local & std mins given to me..& charge on the basis of seconds. they started charging on mins basis and even with increasing call rates..earlire my call rate is 40p/min but now increased to 50p/min...& deducted my bal by rs.120 when i placed complaint in call center then they didn't take any action from last one week...
so plz help me in this case.what i have to do...
