Incorrect billing and charges

Hi Team,

Mobile # 8600992105

Couple of weeks back I received SMS from Idea stating my Idea TV subscription is activated and to deactivate call on some 15533. I had deactivated as per process and now Rs. 150 has been charged for that.

I am not able to understand what is going on with Idea. I am not subscribed for Idea TV at all and I am being penalized same in bill cycle 04-Feb - 03-Mar. Could you please confirm me whats this and Y should I pay for this? This is second time I am being wrongly charged by Idea.

Please note I am using Nokia X1 which dose not have GPRS so if you come back and say u might have activated this pack.
