Eceving missed call

Hello sir/madam

I am receiving missed calls from this number 9702309684 when i call back it was rejected 2 to 3 times after that it was received but i felt that someone creating women voice and try to chat withme i don't know who it is i want to stop it so plz provide information about that number, I am ready to take legal action against this.
