when i made called to idea call center from 919850927148 to (198) at night on 22/05 to get information about get information call detail that time agent Bhausaheb had received my call kept on hold more than 2 min and after that he disconnected my call.

Need to take require action against the executive and do let me know status & below are the detail to getting touch me.
