I bought new idea connection on 08/11 and my mobile number is 9814868007 and unfortunately my number disconnected on 10/11 and when i asked the reason from dealer, they said it is due to verification and i have to submit my ID proofs again and i submitted the same on same date, but still my number is closed and no one come for re-verification. And when i asked the dealer if you don't want to start my number then please return my money, they said there is no balance in our side. please help me and arrange to provide complete detail of my number.
