Hi this is suresh my mobile number is 9964377799 i have applied to port for airtel on 27/07after that i was decided to not to be ported then i have send a msg that PORT CANC to 12345 for two times on 28/07 at 9:21pm and i have called u r customer care at same time he has told that we have got the request we will be processing and u r not going to be ported.on 29/07 at 5.12pm a got a message that requesting validated by donor and porting time 07-3101:44:00.802 then again i have called u r customer care and told that i have got the message he has again told that u r not going to be ported. from today morning iam not getting the signal i have called u r customer care from my vodaphone number (9008177799) she has not responed to my problem properly and what ever i am asking her she is replying me that please vist idea out let the thing is iam informing u customer care that i dont have any of the idea outlet near by my village when iam taking this number i have idea outlet in gangavathi but now it has removed from six months from there, if want to visit the idea i want to move 100 to 120 on both the direction.
so iam requesting u to please cancel my porting and let me stay with idea.plese reply as early as possible
