IDEA Cellular (Balaince)
Balance Deduction again and agin without information

Please note that I have prepade mobile connection no. 9911655736 from Idea Cellular. my comaplaint is this idea celllar deduct my account balance any time and wihout any information. i have been facing this problem for last 3 months. i have already complaint 3 or 4 times. Even on contacting Customer care says sorry for that sir. next time will be not this thing. but condition are same. nobody take a action regarditn this problem, and now i have fretreted.

Please do the needful to action..
