I had applied for post paid connection of Idea in delhi got cell no 9911001415 activated on 14th oct, 09 but the services committed by Idea was not given
I kept on calling on customer care but there was no response
I finally was so fedup that got the phone disconnected on 13th Nov, 09
I have all the mails with me for your ready ref send to idea regularly
pls help in getting my refund of Rs 998 advance rental for one yea
