Wrong charges

Hello sir /madam

i am monika agrawal from rajasthan jaipur . i have idea mygang sim.

i have activate the gprs service before one year . and i have never used this service.

but last days i suffering from your wrong charges . i have not download any wallpaper, picture and anything. but my balance is deducted Rs55 from my main balance . i have gone to the call center in jaipur there was no satisfactory answer.

the executives have only single line answer that u have used this service that's why the balance is deducted from your main balance . this not the first time it happend.

this type of the problem is happend many times.

so please consider this application . and reply me soon ..,
