I received a call from 01833911196 on 1st Feb at 11.24am to brief me about the offer of Mobile TV. I was told that activation charge is Rs 4 and Rs 10 per day for subscription of a channel (active only for 24 hours) which will automatically get deactivated after 24 hours. I had selected Bindaas channel from the Mobile TV menu and have watched a clip for not more than 5 minutes around 11.35am. I was assured that no more than Rs14 will be deducted, but at the end of the day i found that a sum of Rs 29.24 got deducted form my mail balance.
On 2nd Feb an auto renewal charge of Rs 10 was deducted from my main balance even though i was assured that Rs10 deduction was not auto renewable and no amount shall be deducted without my consent.
Total amount deducted - Rs 39.24
I spoke to customer care and i was told to confirm all offers that one executive offered me with the other, with the do you people think??? I am sitting free whole day to keep on confirming offers with executives. When you people do not have complete product information than why the hell do you sell it to the consumers. Because of mistake at your end why should I face monetary loss. I neither belong to Birla nor Ambani family and every penny spent matters to me. I am highly dis-satisfied with your pathetic services. You are very prompt in responding to all the complaints but you do not provide any solution to the problem. I don't need a sorry from you or any other shit excuses. I just need the amount of Rs 25.24 to be credited back to my main balance.
This is the 3rd time I am facing this problem for your end and I am not going to leave you so easily. You must be making such illegal deductions from lakhs of customers and making a profit in crores.
I am not here for charity that you go on deducting amount. I am going to discontinue all my idea services if necessary action is not taken. You are not the only service provider in the market and ill make sure that even others don't subscribe to your services.
