This is to inform you that my idea sim activated on 19th Nov but when I received a bill, I found discrepancy in that but till I have paid my bill. I have intimated to Idea customer care first time on 23rd Dec but they have forwarded th request only.
The request is related to the adjustment of Cric5 service and 100 SMS free as per plan. Previously who had used the sim, they have no idea and imposed charge on me.
As time passing I received second bill and same charges have been imposed on me. Still the request is on stand, no any assurance have been given that you will be getting, only saying we have already forwarded your request.
Still the last due date for payment is 28feb and no one called me.
