Unuseful deduction of balance

Dear sir,

I have facing the problem of deduction of balance in my mobile no:9837700858 although my balance is in negative than also i charged for an unknown service which is not activated by me and i also try to deactivate it but it fails.

So i request u to solve this problem as soon as possible.
